What is gridlines and how to change gridlines color.
Gridlines in Excel are the horizontal and vertical gray lines that differentiate between cells in a worksheet. The gridlines guide users to differentiate between the cells.
Change Gridline color :
Go to File tab > Options > Advanced > Display option for the default sheet > Gridline color > Switch Color to desired one.
All of these might be confusing to understand. Let's understand how to use the function using an example. Here we follow the steps as mentioned below, which will guide us how to change the color of default gridlines in excel.
Follow the steps
First Go to File tab > Select Options as shown below.
This will open up an Excel Options dialog box. Now you need to surf in the dialog box to find Display options for this worksheet. Under this option you will find the gridline color option. This will enable different colors.
Select the desired color type and this will be applied over this whole worksheet.
As you can see from the above image the gridline color is blue and it looks different from the default black one.
Excel Options dialog box contains more default features which can be changed so as to get the desired excel features like font Color, font size, cell color, cell style, font style, border style, et cetera.
