Basically team performance dashboard is used for analyzing the team’s performance. By using the team performance dashboard we can see the individual performances and make improvements in the performance on the basis of data.It helps us to forecast the next vision of targets and achievement and managing things like how we can improve sales, how we can generate revenue etc.

Above shown chart is presenting the graphic view for total sales and sales per hour for the every team. We can easily analyze that which teams are generating good sales and which teams are going fall, and which teams are in the middle level.

Above shown chart is presenting the graphic view for the how many calls on per sales and the CSAT% on every calls for every employees.

In this chart we can analyze the report on the basis of Sales per hour and we can see the CSAT% on the sales per hour.
