About Dashboard:
Team Performance: - A company always works in teams, and every team has a different team leaders who handled the team members. Teams always work in unity, every person has different skills in different areas. If we work as team every team member should equally contribute to achieve the targets but usually some members perform very well and few members perform very low. Through analysis done through the dashboards we can see the performance of every employee in each and every area.
Basically team performance dashboard works for analyzing the team’s performance. By using the team performance dashboard we can see individual performances and make improvements in the performance on the basis of data. It will help us to forecast the next vision of targets and achievements and managing things like how we can improve sales, how we can generate revenue etc.
Below shown dashboard is useful to analyze the team’s performance in every field.
Let’s understand the dashboard:-
In the above shown image we have 3 buttons. 1st button is Scroll Bar (Form Control) to select the month, 2nd button is Spin Button (Form Control) to select the Metric of Sales, Revenue, and Total Calls and 3rd button is available to select the Metric by State and Team.
The Map will present the report according the selected criteria.
In the above shown image we have 3 radio buttons. 1st button is available to select the hours, 2nd is available to select the Sales, and 3rd button is available to select the Calls.
Hour Button:-
When we select the hours radio button then we can see the performance and details as per Login hours, Talk Time, and hold time team wise.
Sales Button:-
When we select the sales radio button, we can see the performance and details as per the Sales, Sales per hour, Revenue, and Revenue per hour.
Calls Button:-
When we select the calls radio button, we can see the performance and details as per the CSAT on the based criteria such as :- Excellent, Good, Fair and Poor.
In this dashboard we can analyze about the team performance, Team wise; we can see all the details which are always require to analyze the team performance for the improvement and to forecast the future plans and targets.
