Sales performance dashboard is a useful tool to analyze the performance of sales. By using the sales performance dashboard we can see individual performance and make improvements in the performance on the basis of data. It helps us to forecast the next vision of targets and achievements and managing things like improving the sales and how to generate more revenue etc.
Below shown dashboard is useful to analyze sales performance in every field.
Tableand Pie Chart for Yearly Comparison
In the above shown picture we have a table and chart together, both are linked to each other. In the chart we have a drop down list to Region; when we select the Region all data will gets changed automatically and chart analysis will change. In the table we can see the Product’s performance on yearly basis, and in the chart we can see the product contribution out of total sales.
To see the overall performance, just select all. The chart and table will present overall product’s performance.

In the table we can see every product’s performance on yearly basis, and in the chart we can see the product contribution out of total sales. In the chart, line charts are used to understand the data and productivity.
By using this dashboard we can analyze the product’s performance and contribution in sales, and we can analyze it in depth.
