Print closed workbook

When you need to print a file which isnt open, you would open the file, print it and close it.  However, you can print a file in just one action.

In excel, click on File-> Open->Browse to the file, right click on it and choose Print.  Excel will do the task of opening the file, printing it and closing it.  However, this will print only the last activesheet in the file when it was last saved.

P.S:  This works with Excel 97-2000.  It doesn’t work with Excel 2002-2003. If you can’t get this tip to work in your version of Excel, try it from Windows Explorer
