Copying the Page Setup to Other Sheets in Microsoft Excel 2010

In this article, we will learn how to copy the page setup to other sheets in Microsoft Excel 2010.

 

To copy the page setup to other sheets in the workbook & let’s assume we have four sheets, follow the below mentioned steps.

  • Select the sheet tab whose print settings you want to copy.
  • Right click the sheet and select “Select All Sheets”.

  • Click on Page Layout ribbon
  • Click on Print Titles or click Dialog Box Launcher in the bottom-right corner of Page Setup group

  • The Page Setup dialog box will be displayed

  • Click OK.
  • The page settings from the sheet1 are copied to all of the selected sheets.
  • To ungroup the sheets, select the sheet tab, right click and select Ungroup Sheets.
