Hiding Gridlines on the Screen while Printing in Excel 2010

In this article, we will learn how to hide gridlines on the screen while printing in excel.

To hide gridlines on the screen, we need to follow the below listed steps:

  • Click on View ribbon
  • From Show group, uncheck the Gridlines checkbox.

To hide gridlines while printing:

  • Click on Page Layout ribbon
  • Click on Print Titles

  • The Page Setup dialog box will be displayed

  • Select Sheet tab
  • In Print group, uncheck the Gridlines checkbox

  • Click on Print Preview.
