If you have too many worksheets in your workbook and all the sheet tabs are not visible in the scroll area to find &  select the desired sheet tab, it becomes really frustrating to keep scrolling left / right to find the desired sheet. To overcome this frustration, you can simply use below tip:-

"Right click on any of the tab scrolling buttons (found in left of all the sheets) and you'll get a pop-up containing all the available sheet names - from your desired one"
