To select cells containing errors in Formulas:

Select Home -> Find & Select (in Editing Group) -> Go To Special -> Formulas -> Errors (clear Numbers, Text, Logical).
Or
Use the Go To dialog box:
1. Press F5.
2. In the Go To dialog box, click Special.
3. Select Formulas -> Errors.
