» Repeat your last Command / Action
If you often repeat things in Excel and do not want to have a macro (VBA), you can use the smart key "F4".
The "F4" key repeats your last command / Action, you performed in Excel.
Suppose you are working in a data table and highlighting the high variances with Red color, you do it once using the "Fill Color" option available in Excel and after this just select the cell with high variance and press "F4" and this will fill that cell with Red color.
