CATEGORY - Excel Printing VERSION - All Microsoft Excel Versions

To print filtered Lists:

1. Select a cell in the Current Region and press Ctrl+Shift+* (in Excel 2003, press this or Ctrl+A).
2. From the File menu, select Print Area, and then Set Print Area.
3. Filter the List, and print the filtered data area.
4. Filter the List again using new criteria, and print the new filtered data area.

Dear counciler I have a big stock of 8460 labels , and I have my price list on msn excel , and I want to print line a,c,e,g on a address label , and paste it on all my catalog picture s , excel help is very complicated , and does not explain this exact method, can you quote a method in excel, or from your help section to help me with this project
