» Printing a Filtered List

CATEGORY - Excel Printing VERSION - All Microsoft Excel Versions

To print filtered Lists:

1. Select a cell in the Current Region and press Ctrl+Shift+* (in Excel 2003, press this or Ctrl+A).
2. From the File menu, select Print Area, and then Set Print Area.
3. Filter the List, and print the filtered data area.
4. Filter the List again using new criteria, and print the new filtered data area.
