» Inserting a Chart in Excel 2007

There are two options to insert a Chart based on the data in the PivotTable report:

Insert a Chart in the same sheet where the PivotTable report is located.
Insert a Chart in a new Chart sheet.
To insert a Chart in the same sheet where the PivotTable report:
Select PivotTable Tools Ribbon -> Options -> PivotChart (in Tools Group).
Or
Select Insert Ribbon -> and select a chart type to create from Charts Group.



To insert a Chart based on data in the PivotTable report in a new sheet:

Select a cell in the PivotTable report, and then press F11.
