1. Select a cell.
2. Press Ctrl, and roll the mouse wheel forward (to increase the magnification) or backward (to decrease it).

Seems to work fine in excel 97 win xp pro, goes from any value downwards, but upwards, maximum value seems to be 100%.magnification ok

works fine up to 400% (15% at a time with my mouse - genius optical)Scroll/Magnify have switched

Usually, using the mouse wheel will scroll up and down in a worksheet, and holding the CTRL button along w/ mousewheel will magnify/unmagnify. Somehow on my computer at work, these things got switched and it's causing me much confusion - anyone know how to fix it?Works with Word also
