» Icons Disappearing from the Toolbar
When adding new icons to the Standard and Formatting toolbars, some of the existing icons may disappear. This happens because there are too many icons to be displayed on one line.
Using keyboard shortcuts
To prevent icons from disappearing:
Remove unused icons from the toolbars by dragging them off the toolbar while pressing the Alt key.
Change the icon positions on the toolbars. Move the most commonly used icons to the left side of the toolbar by pressing the Alt+ Shift keys while dragging the icons.
