» Deleting a Name when the Reference containing an Error or an Orphan Name in Excel 2007

1. Select Formulas -> Name manager.
Or
Press Ctrl+F3.
2. Click Filter -> Names with Errors.
To find orphan/unwanted Names:
1. Select a cell, and select Formulas -> Used in Formulas -> Paste.
Or
Press F3.
2. Click Paste List.
A full list of Names and their references is pasted into the cells.
Find the Names to delete.
