Problem:Counting the number of times that a row has an even number in both columns A and B.
Solution:
Use the SUMPRODUCT and MOD functions as shown in the following formula:
=SUMPRODUCT((MOD(A2:A7,2)=0)*(MOD(B2:B7,2)=0))
