» Copying the Page Setup to Other Sheets in Excel 2007

To copy the page setup to other sheets in the workbook:

1. Select the sheet tab whose print settings you want to copy.
2. Right click the sheet and select Select All Sheets.
3. Select Page Layout -> Click Dialog Box Launcher in the bottom-right corner of
Page Setup Group and click OK. The page settings from the sheet selected in step 1 are
copied to all of the selected sheets.
4. To ungroup the sheets, Select the sheet tab, right click and select Ungroup Sheets.
