» Copying or Applying Color to Groups and Outlines in Excel 2007

To copy or apply colors to summary totals:

1. Add groups and outlines to a report.
2. Select any cell in the report, click Level 1, and press Ctrl+Shift+* or press Ctrl+A) to select the report.
3. Press Alt+; to select the visible cells.
4. Copy and paste the report into a different sheet.

Apply colors to the visible cells by selecting a color from Home -> Fill Color (in Font Group).
