Avoid the nightmare of toggling through the combinations of the F4 key when coping and pasting formulas.To copy/paste a Formula without keeping the references:
Option 1: Copy the Formula one cell below:
Select a cell under a cell containing a formula and press Ctrl+V.
Option 2: Copy and paste the formula to a cell, from the Formula Bar, instead of a different cell.
For example, cell C12 contains the formula:
1. Select cell C12, then select the formula string in the Formula Bar and press Ctrl+C to copy it.
2. Click Enter or Cancel (the two buttons between the Name Box and the fx button on the left of the Formula Bar) to exit edit mode.
3. Select another cell and press Ctrl+V.
