The Paste Special features enable to copy and paste formulas/values and paste them along with their formatting.

Select Home -> Paste -> Paste Special
-> Formulas and number formats or Values and number formats.
Or
Right click over the cell(s), select Paste Special -> Formulas and number formats or Values and number formats.
