Inverse of this function

Is it possible to get the inverse of this done?
I have a sheet in which i have a project divided into component parts. I know how much time each part will take. Accordingly the timelines have been assigned. if and when any one date is changed, i don't want to have to change all the timelines again. just adding the days required to each date will not be enough since i have no way of excluding saturdays and sundays. is there any way i can do that in excel 2000? |

I would like to calculate Baseline finish vs Actual Finish on a project. Currently, I have the calculation:
=IF(F4<E4,(DATEDIF(F4,E4,"m")),(DATEDIF(F4,E4,"m")*(-1)))
This is not working. The main problem I have is that if it finishes early it will not return a negative # of months.
Is this possible to automate? |
