» Creating and Saving Custom Formatting Styles in Excel 2007

Add Styles and save each one separately with a unique name:
1. Select a cell, Select Home -> Cell Styles (in Styles Group) -> New Cell Style.
2. In Style name, type a name for the style, click Format button, change and select any desired formatting and click OK.
The new custom style is now presented at the top of Cell Styles palette under Custom.
