» Printing Cell Comments
CATEGORY: Excel Printing
To print the Comments within the print area:

1. From the File menu, select Page Setup, and then click the Sheet tab.
2. Select one of the following options from the Comments dropdown list:
None: No Comments are printed.
At end of sheet: Comments are printed on a separate page after printing the sheet.
As displayed on sheet: Only displayed Comments are printed.

To print a single Comment in cell:

1. Select a cell containing a Comment.
2. From the File menu, select Page Setup, and then click the Sheet tab.
3. In the print area, insert the cell address.
4. From the Comments dropdown list, select At end of sheet and click OK.
5. Click the Print icon.
