» Preventing a Printed Area from Extending onto an Extra Page in Excel 2007
CATEGORY - Excel Printing
VERSION - Microsoft Excel 2007
A common problem that occurs while printing is when a small area wraps onto an extra page. For example, if the selected printed area includes columns A to F,
columns A to E may be printed on one page, while column F will be printed on another page.
To set the printed area on one page only:
Select Page Layout -> Width (in Scale to Fit Group) -> 1 page, and then select Height -> 1 page.
To set the printed area on more than one page (in height)
1. Select Page Layout -> Width (in Scale to Fit Group) -> 1 page, and then select Height -> More.
2. In Scaling section, in Fit to, leave the tall section blank.
