1. Select the sheet tab whose print settings you want to copy.
2. Right click the sheet and select Select All Sheets.
3. Select Page Layout -> Click Dialog Box Launcher in the bottom-right corner of
Page Setup Group and click OK. The page settings from the sheet selected in step 1 are
copied to all of the selected sheets.
4. To ungroup the sheets, Select the sheet tab, right click and select Ungroup Sheets.

What if you only want to copy the print settings to ONE particular sheet and not ALL the sheets in your workbook? :eek:
