» Copying the Page Setup to Other Sheets

To copy the page setup to other sheets in the workbook:

1. Select the sheet whose print settings you want to copy.
2. To group the sheets in the workbook you want to copy the page setup, see Tip #105, Grouping/Ungrouping Sheets.
3. From the File menu, select Page Setup, and then click OK. The page settings from the sheet selected in step 1 are copied to all of the selected sheets.
4. To ungroup the sheets, hold the Shift key and click the active sheet tab or select the active sheet's tab, right-click and select Ungroup Sheets from the shortcut menu.
