To add the Custom Views box to the Excel Menu bar:1. Right-click one of the toolbars, and select Customize from the shortcut menu.
2. In the Commands dialog box, select View from Categories.
3. Drag the Custom Views box onto the Menu bar, and then close the Customize dialog box.
To add a new Custom View:
1. Type the name of the Custom View straight into the Custom View box.
2. Click OK twice.
