To set the number of fields displayed per column in the Page layout:1. Select a cell in the PivotTable report.
2. Right-click and then select Table Options -> Layout & Format tab.
3. Set the number in Report Filter fields per column, and click OK.

Result: Filter fields are grouped by four fields in each column.
