To format a PivotTable report:1. Select a cell in the PivotTable report.
2. Click the Format Report icon on the PivotTable toolbar.
OR
Press Alt+P (if the PivotTable toolbar is not visible, see the Note in Tip #299).
Select Format Report and select one of the format options, and then click OK.
In Excel 97, use AutoFormat (this exists in all Excel versions): From the Format menu, select AutoFormat.
