To insert the Trim function:
1. Select a cell and type: =Trim
2. Press Ctrl+A to open the Function Arguments dialog box.
3. Select the first cell in an adjacent column, copy/paste the formula to as many cells in the column as needed.
4. Copy the column and paste it as values.
