1. Select Review -> Share Workbook (in Changes Group).
2. Select Allow changes…and click OK.

To protect sharing:
Select Review -> Protect Sharing (in Changes Group).
To allow users to edit ranges:
Select Review -> Allow Users to Edit Changes (in Changes Group).

To track changes:
Select Review -> Track Changes (in Changes Group) -> Highlight Changes.

I have a workbook who receives (planning)data from an external connection with an Access query. Somehow I am not allowed to share this with other people on the network.
What am I missing here?
Please help me understand what I am doing wrong...
