To search for text, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F or choose Edit, Find.
To search and replace text, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+H or choose Edit, Replace.
Using wild cards in the Text Search
Use * as a wild card for any number of characters.
The * may appear before or after text.
Example: Searching for *CO will find Cisco or Telco.
Use ? as a wild card for a single character.
Example: searching for R?N will find Ron or Ran but not Rain.
To search for an asterisk, enter ~* in the search box.
