» Copying a Cell Comment in Excel 2007

To copy a cell Comment:

1. Copy a cell that contains a comment, by pressing Ctrl+C.
2. Select a different cell, select Home -> Paste -> Paste Special or right click and select Paste Special from the shortcut menu.
3. Select the Comments option button, and click OK.
