The customized changes made to menus and toolbars are saved in a file with the extension .xlb.In Excel 97 and Excel 2000, the file name is the user's name followed by .xlb.
In Excel 2002 and Excel 2003, the file name is Excel.xlb.
To backup the file:
1. Search for a file with the extension .xlb.
2. Copy the file and store it in a safe place.
