» Coloring and/or Copying Subtotals from Consolidated Lists Containing Links in Excel 2007

1. In the Subtotal levels (see screenshot in previous topic), click level1.
2. Select a cell in the List and press Ctrl+Shift+* or press Ctrl+A.
3. Press Alt+; and select visible cells only.
Or
Select Home -> Find & Select (in Editing Group) -> Go
To Special -> Visible cells only and click OK.
4. Copy and paste the subtotals summary into a different sheet or
select a color from Fill Color command (in Font Group).
