To color and/or copy subtotals summary from consolidated Lists:1. In the Subtotal levels, click level 1.
2. Select a cell in the List and press Ctrl+Shift+* (in Excel 2003, press this or Ctrl+A).
3. Select visible cells, and press Alt+;.
OR
Press F5 and in the Go To dialog box, click Special. In the Go To Special dialog box, select Visible cells only and click OK.
4. Copy and paste the subtotals summary into a different sheet or choose a color from the Fill Color icon in the Formatting toolbar.
