Human resources makes policies regarding Leaves, Salary Distribution, Manpower, Employee Data Manage, Performance Allowances, and Provident Fund etc.
Human resources dashboards are useful to analyze the performance and improvement area of resources, employee satisfaction. We can finalize the salary standard for every level and designation accordingly.
Let’s understand with a dashboard how we can prepare it and how it will be useful for us to analyze and maintain the company standard.
In this table we have a salary slip in which few details are mentioned such as Employee name, Department, Hire Date, Salary, Bonus, Overtime, Sick Days, Performance days and total pay. We have to just select the employee name from the drop down list and we will get the all details.
In the dashboard we have the filters to select the criteria as per our requirement and analysis will get changed according to selected area. We have filter criteria to see the report according to department, year, and month.
To show the number of employees on yearly basis we used the Combo area of Area chart and line chart. In this chart we can see that in April’2014 hired more people comparatively other months.
Chart:-Headcount Department Wise
To show the headcount for every department we used 3D Pie chart. In this chart we can see IT department headcount is more comparatively other departments and Customer support headcount is very less in the all departments.
Chart:-Salary Distribution Department Wise
To show the number of employees by salaries criteria we used Bar Chart. In this chart we can see that in this salary $30,000-$40,000 criteria number of candidates are above to 15 candidates.
To show the Salary break up department wise we used Bar Chart. In this chart we can see Salary breakup as bifurcated (Salary+Bonus+Overtime). Through this chart we can analyze that Sales department is taking the high bonus comparatively other departments, R&D department is taking the highest salary in all the department and administration department is taking the most overtime comparatively to other departments.
Bar chart is used to show the salary distributionin every department. In this chart we can see the salary distribution and number of employees. When we change the department in the filter we will get the chart analysis chamged accordingly.
Chart:-Salary Distribution (Monthly)
Column chart is used to show the salary distribution to every department. In this chart we can see the salary distribution and number of employees. When we will change the Month and department in the filter we will get the chart analysis accordingly.
Chart:-Average Salary Paid
Column chart is used to show the average salary paid to every department. In this chart we can see the monthly how much salary had paid to Employees. In this chart we can analyze the report on monthly basis of every department in an year. We can change this chart according to Year and Department.
Chart:-Sick Days per Department
In this chart to show the Sick days used combo chart of Column Chart and Line chart. We can analyze that how many employees have taken the sick days leaves, in this chart we can analyze that sales department have taken the more leaves to other departments.
