Human resources makes policies regarding Leaves, Salary Distribution, Manpower, Employee Data Manage, Performance Allowances, and Provident Fund etc.
Human resources dashboards are useful to analyze the performance and improvement area of resources, employee satisfaction. We can finalize the salary standard for every level and designation accordingly.
Let’s understand with a dashboard how we can prepare it and how it will be useful for us to analyze and maintain the company standard.
On the top of the dashboard we have a selection buttons from where we can select the department and can have summary about the Compensation, sick days and performance scores.
In this tab we can see the Total Salary spend, Total company bonus, Total company overtime, Total company Sick days, and Total company performance scores. Same information we can get for the selected department in total and average.
Bar chart is used to show the number of employees according to the salary criteria. Through this chart we can see that there is high number of employees in the criteria $60,000-$70,000 and very low number under the salary criteria $90,000-$100,000.
Bar chart is used to show the salary break down department wise. In this chart we have 3 bars: – Red bar is showing the Salary, Green bar is showing the numbers of bonus and Blue bar is showing the numbers of overtime.
Through this chart we can analyze that R&D department take a good amount of salary compared to other departments, sales department takes high bonus compared to other departments and sales department is not taking overtime.
From this table we can get details of Salary, Bonus, Overtime, Sick days and Performance Score for the selected department.
