Let Excel Read Text for You


To let Excel read text for you:

1. Select a range of cells.
2. From the Tools menu, select Speech and then Show Text To Speech Toolbar.
3. Click the leftmost icon, Speak Cells, or click Speak On Enter (the rightmost icon) to listen upon selecting the cell.
