Quickly Entering a Long Company or Person Name


To replace short text with long text or a sentence, use the AutoCorrect feature:

1. From the Tools menu, select AutoCorrect.
2. In the Replace box, type ipg, and in the With box, type Independent Publishers Group.
3. Click OK.
4. Enter the text ipg into any cell and press Enter.
The text Independent Publishers Group immediately appears in the cell.
