Adding Additional Functions to Subtotals


To add additional functions to subtotals:

1.Add Subtotals to the List.

OR

2.From the Data menu, select Subtotal.
3. From Use function, select a different function.
4. Deselect the Replace current subtotals checkbox, and then click OK.
5. Repeat the steps above to add more Subtotals functions to the List.
