Re: DATE are odd or EVEN
An academic curiosity. Hey, It's Friday. . .
The original poster was clear about wanting the oddness or evenness of the day of month but, in a more general sense, are there more odd or more even days? In a year? In a month? In a millennium?
After all the number of odd integers is equal to the number of even integers, isn't it? Or does that depend on whether the computer uses ones or twos complement arithmetic?
Does the answer depend on the leap year formula?
Dates are curious objects.
