Formula to get autofilter vale

I have been asked if it is possible to get a formula to read the
criteria in an autofilter.

In cell D1 we would like to return the value of what has been selected
in range A4:B10. In A4:A10 we have a list of rep names. Someone will
filter on the names and whatever they have entered as critiera 1 - that
will be shown in D1.

Is this possible? Or does some coding need to be done?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
