How to Define or Select a Dynamic Range with VBA

I am trying to define(or just select) a dynamic range to sort that will
always have a different number of rows, and will always start in a different row,
but always the same amount of columns and will always be between a header row
of ***********(asterisks)in Column R and the last occupied row in Column AH.
One time it might be R7:AH200, next time it might be R34:AH50, but always
between R and AH.
